Workshop Experience at Bapu Public School, Patparganj

I recently conducted a mobile distraction workshop for students at Bapu Public School, Patparganj, Delhi, and it turned out to be an enriching and inspiring experience.

From the moment I entered the campus, I felt a warm and positive environment. The visit showed me how a school can shape young minds not only through academics but also through values, awareness, and holistic development.


Understanding the Challenge

In today’s fast-paced digital world, students are constantly surrounded by technology. Mobile phones have become essential, but they often act as a major source of distraction.

While these devices provide access to learning resources, they also make it harder for students to stay focused and disciplined. Many students struggle to balance their usage, which affects their academic performance.


Purpose of the mobile distraction workshop for students

To address this issue, I conducted a two-day interactive workshop. The goal was to help students understand the impact of mobile distractions and guide them toward better focus and learning habits.

I aimed to show how excessive mobile use affects concentration, productivity, and overall performance. At the same time, I wanted to provide practical strategies that students could apply in their daily lives.
